For this project, I focused on the rule of thirds for all of my photos. Two photos that showcase it the most would be photo 2, because there is a seat in all thirds of the photo. Many of these photos are also from different perspectives; some of which are taken from a lower view point such as the telephone line and swings. The 4th photograph contains a great amount of texture and detail due to the materials that the subject is composed of. This causes the viewer's eye to move throughout the picture. The most organic photo would be photo #1 in the playground, because of the shadows caused by the sun shining through the trees. The photo that contains the most geometric significance would be photo 4 or 6. The 4th photo shows the triangles and bars which form a pattern; the telephone pole has multiple lines connecting to it from different directions, which forms intersecting lines. The one photo that showcases properties of both organic and geometric shape would be photo #5, because the chains show a lot of texture and shape, but the trees also create she and cast shadow. Overall, the photo that satisfies this assignment the most is the photo #2, considering it follows the rule of thirds, has a unique perspective/ angle, and is a piece of playground equipment.
